Project Summary: Second graders learn how many people do things that improve lives for other people. Students will explain how Jackie Robinson and Martin Luther King, Jr. impacted the lives of Georgians because of their roots. After learning about the lives of these historical figures, students will produce a historically accurate timeline about their person to show contributions they have made in life.
